Our priorities in case of emergency
In all situations our priorities are:
- Our highest priority is the safety of the people at the station
- Our second priority is the security of our facilities and equipment
- Our third priority is the broadcast signal
What should you do depending on the situation?
CALL 911 IF IMMEDIATE ANSWER IS REQUIRED
Fire, medical emergency, threat to person or property or serious crime that just occurred.
State your name, address and reason for your call.
If an immediate answer is not required then you can call the Vancouver Police Department's Non-Emergency line at 604-717-3321.
FLOOD IN THE BUILDING OR ANY OTHER BUILDING RELATED EMERGENCY - NEEDS TO BE UPDATED

If Hotel Irving is unavailable, cannot confirme or verify the issue, go to step 2.
Step 2 - Call McDonald R.E.S Commercial Help Line - 604.736.5611
State your name, address, telephone and reason for your call. McDonald R.E.S Commercial will report the issue to BC Housing or Black and McDonald.
