Please e-mail Kimit@coopradio.org and CC Technician@coopradio.org (Hector) and Ed@coopradio.org (Bryan) as soon as you know that you will not be able to make it in for your show.

You are expected to send a file in .mp3 format that covers the entire length of your program and includes station IDs/PSAs 48 hours before your show is scheduled.

Please e-mail the programmers before and after your program so they are aware that you will not be at the station and a file will be playing from RadioDJ
